The Free tier provides basic AI chat functionality with web search and Wikipedia integration, document training capabilities.All documents uploaded are visible to all who access this service
7.2 Paid Tiers
Paid tiers (Individual, Corporate Self-Hosted, Corporate Hosted) provide additional features including private document training, multi-user support, and enhanced AI capabilities. Pricing is based on usage metrics as specified in our pricing page.
7.3 Payment Terms
For paid services, payment is due according to the terms agreed upon during the sales process. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Darfera Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
- Any damages arising from your use of the Service
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Availability
